Conducted by Stephen Drury, performed by members of the NEC Philharmonia.
Recorded during a week-long festival of Cage's music, with the composer in attendance. This CD includes the premier recording of Cage's "Ryoanji", with Ry Welch as a member of the ensemble on electric bass.

Recorded in one day at the home of Jamal Millner, who engineered the recording with equipment generously loaned by the Dave Matthews Band (used to record many of their live albums). A psychadelic fusion record comprised of improvisations, some of which are left "as is" and others digitally reconstructed.
